KaiRoyalty does not require an account or connect your wallet to Supabase. Cards, points, gifts, vouchers, receipts and preferences are stored on your device. We do not fetch live retailer balances.

Camera, photos and biometrics

The camera and selected photos are used only when you choose scanning or artwork features. Text recognition runs on the device. Face ID and Touch ID are handled by the operating system; KaiRoyalty does not receive biometric templates. Expiry notifications are scheduled locally when you allow them.

Encrypted backups

You can export a passphrase-protected file containing cards, points, gifts, vouchers, gift PINs and card references. Receipt history and photo files are not included. You choose where to save or share the file. Keep your passphrase safe: KaiRoyalty cannot recover it.

Optional online features

If you choose web image search, your search words are sent to the search provider and selected images are downloaded from their source websites. Do not put personal membership numbers into image searches. Opening retailer or support links uses the destination website and its privacy policy. Software update checks contact Expo to obtain app updates. Your wallet contents are not sent with these checks.

Diagnostics and payment references

Local usage counters stay on the device. The Expo software-update service may collect crash data and technical update-request information to keep the app working; wallet contents are not included. Optional image searches use DuckDuckGo and Openverse, which may retain anonymous queries or use anonymous analytics to improve their services. These search and diagnostic disclosures are not linked to your identity and are not used by KaiRoyalty for advertising tracking. KaiRoyalty has no advertising or dedicated remote analytics SDK. Payment references contain only details such as nicknames and the last four digits; the app does not store full payment card numbers or make payments.

Your choices

You can remove wallet items, turn off App Lock or notifications, and delete the app to remove its local storage. Items marked deleted may remain as local deletion records. Deleting the app also removes local receipt history and photos; keep the records you need before doing so. Backups you exported remain wherever you saved them.

These information pages are hosted on Vercel. Visiting them sends normal connection information, such as your IP address and request details, to the hosting provider. We have not added advertising, analytics scripts or contact forms.
