Make the most of your wallet.

For help, bug reports or privacy questions, email jackson@kainoter.com. Include your app version, device model and a description of the issue. Please do not send membership numbers, gift PINs, payment details or your backup passphrase.

Adding and displaying cards

Add a card using the app’s scan or manual-entry options. Check that scanned details match your card. If a retailer cannot read the displayed barcode, use your original card or the retailer’s own app.

Points and balances

Balances are records you maintain yourself. Confirm your current balance directly with the retailer.

Backups and a new device

Export an encrypted backup before changing devices or deleting the app. Keep the file and its passphrase safe. Receipt history and photo files are not included; preserve these separately. KaiRoyalty cannot recover a forgotten backup passphrase.

Accounts and payments

This release requires no cloud account and does not connect to Supabase. Card references are organisational records only. The app does not process payments.

Privacy and deleting data

Read the privacy policy. Deleting the app removes its local wallet storage; exported backups remain wherever you saved them.
